We Build Websites
Let us be your partner for professional websites, hosting, consulting, and more.
Circuit Street Design Co. was created by Rob Wagner in 2022. We are based in the Greater Boston area, but can work with clients across the U.S. We design and build professional web experiences for nonprofit organizations and small businesses as well as offering other services such as hosting, strategic consulting, logo design and more.
Our goal is to provide not only a professionally built website for your organization, but to be your partner for all your online needs. We are a full-service web design company, meaning we can complete all your graphic design needs, all your WordPress development needs, your business card and other print design needs, as well as SEO and digital marketing. If you need something we can’t do, we can help you find someone who can.
We won’t just make your website and walk away. We want to develop a relationship to help grow your business!

Owner / Designer / Developer
I’m Rob. I designed my first website interning for a nonprofit in Boston back in 1996, which was a surprise because I’d been studying English Literature and International Relations at the time. After a couple more “accidental” web design jobs, I chose to make a career of it.
I gathered fundamental web design and development skills working on a financial services website at the turn of the millennia. In addition to standard web design, I worked on interactive tools – including a visualization for a Monte Carlo simulation – which were embedded in the website for use by subscribers. For some of this time, I lived and worked in Belgium (through a partnering software company) helping to white-label the online services for use by Deutche Bank.
I have spent most of the “modern era” of web design working various design and development roles at Miller Systems, a small but well-respected web consultancy in Boston. There, I became proficient in multiple content management platforms including SharePoint, OpenText (RedDot), and WordPress. I worked on dozens of client projects such as the primary recruiting website for Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU), and org-wide intranet consolidation and redesign for WGBH, and countless website and intranet projects for the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN). I spent the last 7 of my 12 years there as Vice President of User Experience before ending my tenure at Miller Systems in 2020.
The pandemic allowed me to spend more time with my kids, build furniture in my garage workshop, and renovate my basement.
Now I’m leveraging my 20+ years of experience to support you – small business owners, educators, activists, and helpers of all kinds – by building sites that help you move your vision forward.
And now it’s my mission to support your mission.
